Delivery
We deliver to practically anywhere on the UK Mainland. We aim to deliver your order within 5–10 working days of payment being received, and in all cases within 30 days of your order date.
Standard UK Mainland delivery: £138.00 (inc. VAT). Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, or Ireland may incur an additional charge — please contact us before ordering for a quote.
For delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom, please contact us prior to placing your order for a delivery quote. You may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed, although we will make every effort to meet any date given. If any issue arises with your order, we will contact you promptly and work to supply your goods at the earliest opportunity.

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your order. You may return any standard product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

All returned goods must be in their original, unused condition. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit on return. Return postage is at the customer’s expense for non-faulty items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess the problem and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate, including the cost of return postage.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions
The right to return does not apply to:
- Goods cut, modified, or made to your specific measurements or requirements.
- Goods that have been treated, oiled, or otherwise customised at your request.
